Our products are crafted in Greece, using simple, organic ingredients sourced from local farmers.

The natural flavors used in our products are created using ingredients from natural sources such as essential oils, extracts, etc. and are derived from fruits (like figs), vegetables, spices and other natural sources.

Our Creme Breakfast Biscuits and Breakfast Biscuits require oil and a solid oil contributes to more pleasant products. Our products are organic & plant-based so any animal-origin oil like butter is excluded. Furthermore, we do not use any chemical additives or chemical preservatives so processed oils like margarine and liquid oils like olive oil are not suitable as ingredients.
Among the solid oils, palm oil has many benefits as it is organic, sustainable (IP RSPO), naturally solid, has no trans fatty acids, is less processed, and it is plant originated. As a result, for our Breakfast Biscuits, we have chosen to use sustainable palm oil as it meets the high standard requirements for our healthy and delicious biscuits.

On the other hand for our Soft Baked Bites, we’ve chosen high oleic sunflower oil because it’s a heart-healthier option. Unlike regular sunflower oil, it’s naturally higher in monounsaturated fats (the good kind!) and lower in saturated fats. It also has better stability when baked, helping us keep our products fresh for longer without compromising taste or nutrition. On top of that, our oil is cold-pressed: the seeds are mechanically pressed at low temperatures, with no heat or chemical solvents involved. This gentle extraction method preserves beneficial nutrients like Vitamin E, phytosterols, and antioxidants and avoids chemical residues. The result is a clean-label, nutrient-rich ingredient that enhances flavor, supports heart health, and offers superior freshness in every bite.

No, our products are not gluten-free. Our flour is a mix of 4 ancient Greek grains - oats, barley, lupine, and spelt. We like spelt and barley, as they are richer in vitamins than common wheat, but both of them contain gluten.
