We recently went through a rebrand to better reflect who we are. We're still committed to delivering the same quality, values, and service you’ve come to trust. The following are changes that have been made to some of our products.
Improvements to soft baked bites
We’ve made a few thoughtful improvements to our Soft Baked Bites to enhance taste, texture, and overall enjoyment. These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to offering you the best possible experience. Those changes include the removal of lupine and replacing coconut and sustainable palm oil to high oleic sunflower oil.
1. Removal of lupine (better mouthfeel – allergen removal). We’ve decided to remove lupine flour from our products to improve both taste and texture, creating a smoother, more enjoyable mouth feel. Additionally, lupine is considered a potential allergen for some individuals, and removing it helps us ensure our products are more inclusive and accessible to a wider range of customers. Your safety and satisfaction are always our top priorities!
2. Added High Oleic Sunflower Oil. We’ve chosen high oleic sunflower oil because it’s a heart-healthier option. Unlike regular sunflower oil, it’s naturally higher in monounsaturated fats (the good kind!) and lower in saturated fats. It also has better stability when baked, helping us keep our products fresh for longer without compromising taste or nutrition. On top of that, our oil is cold-pressed: the seeds are mechanically pressed at low temperatures, with no heat or chemical solvents involved. This gentle extraction method preserves beneficial nutrients like Vitamin E, phytosterols, and antioxidants and avoids chemical residues. The result is a clean-label, nutrient-rich ingredient that enhances flavor, supports heart health, and offers superior freshness in every bite.
