We’ve partnered with rePurpose to support their Anant Pranay project. Every time you buy from Olyra, we contribute to efforts to recover plastic waste that would have otherwise ended up in nature.

provided with additional income
With Project Anant Pranay, Olyra and rePurpose aim to redefine plastic pollution in Aurangabad, a fast growing city in India.
More than half of daily dry waste that is generated in Aurangabad consists of problematic plastics. Without formal waste management systems, much of this ends up as plastic pollution. Low-value, soft plastic packaging waste often finds its into the environment, dumpsites, or overflowing, hazardous landfills.
The project incentivizes the collection and ethical processing of low-value plastics that would otherwise have become plastic pollution.
In addition, all the women waste warriors are provided with free grocery and ration kits every month, providing them additional disposable income for improving their standard of life.
Recognizing the Impact
At Olyra, we believe that supporting Verified Plastic Recovery, while remaining committed to reducing plastic use, can mitigate the most harm and take immediate action to keep plastic out of nature and protect our oceans.
