Eligibility
To qualify for wholesale pricing, customers must be a registered business
with a valid resale license or tax ID. Verification may be required before approval.

Minimum Order Requirement
A minimum order amount will be applied to your account to receive wholesale pricing. Orders below this threshold will be processed at standard retail pricing.

Pricing & Payment
Wholesale pricing is available exclusively to approved wholesale accounts. Payment must be made in full before orders are processed. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, etc. Additional payment options may be available upon request.

Ordering Process
Once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations must be requested 12 hours and are subject to approval.

Shipping & Handling
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Wholesale orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Any shipping delays will be communicated promptly.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of wholesale orders, all sales are final. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 1 day of receiving the shipment for a replacement or store credit.

MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy
Wholesale customers must adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy, which prohibits selling below the suggested retail price of $1.99 per pack. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.

Brand Representation
Resellers must accurately represent our brand and products. Unauthorized modifications, repackaging, or branding are prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained.

Termination of Wholesale Account
We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account at our discretion for violations of this policy or misuse of wholesale privileges.
