Newsletter Monthly Giveaway - Official Rules

Official Rules:

Once per month, we're giving 2 subscribers a month's worth of our protein-packed biscuits.

 


 

That translates to a 6 pack of Olyra Breakfast Biscuits (2 packs per flavor).
Every pack contains 4 servings, of 3 biscuits each.

In the beginning of every month, (starting on July 2019) 2 winners will be picked randomly from our newsletter subscribers list and will be notified by e-mail.

Winners might also be announced on our official Instagram page, via IG stories.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  1. By entering this competition, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.

  2. This competition is open to anyone aged 12 or over who is a U.S. resident, except for employees of OLYRA S.A. (the promoter), its subsidiary companies, their families and any other company connected with the competition. The promoter cannot accept entries from entrants aged 11 or under and parents or guardians must enter on their behalf.

  3. This is an ongoing giveaway that happens once every month. One entry per person, multiple entries will not be counted.

  4. The prize is a 6 pack of Olyra Breakfast Biscuits (2 packs per flavor). Every pack contains 4 servings, of 3 biscuits each. Once per month, 2 winners will be picked randomly from our newsletter subscribers list.
  5. Events may occur which render the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and the promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary, amend or suspend the prize with or without notice.

  6. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.

  7. The winners will be notified by email within 10 days of the draw date. (Usually withing the first 10 days of every month).

  8. If the winner is unable to be contacted, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.

  9. The winner agrees to the promoter’s use of their full name and town of residence in relation to the promoter’s publicity material.

  10. Your personal details will not be passed on to any third parties.
